Stiftungsgesetz NRW
(1) Dieses Gesetz tritt am 1. Juli 2023 in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt das Stiftungsgesetz für das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen vom 15. Februar 2005 (GV. NRW. S. 52), das zuletzt durch Gesetz vom 9. Februar 2010 (GV. NRW. S. 112) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
(2) Die §§ 10 und 12 Absatz 5 treten am 31. Dezember 2026 außer Kraft.
