Strafgesetzbuch
(1) Wer einen Auftrag einer staatlichen Stelle einer fremden Macht dadurch befolgt, dass er in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland eine vorsätzliche rechtswidrige Tat begeht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft, wenn die Tat nicht in anderen Vorschriften mit schwererer Strafe bedroht ist.
(2) Ebenso wird bestraft, wer einen solchen Auftrag erteilt.
