(1) Die Unterbringung in einem psychiatrischen Krankenhaus oder in einer Entziehungsanstalt kann das Gericht auch selbständig anordnen, wenn das Strafverfahren wegen Schuldunfähigkeit oder Verhandlungsunfähigkeit des Täters undurchführbar ist.
(2) Dasselbe gilt für die Entziehung der Fahrerlaubnis und das Berufsverbot.
