Ist durch einen Diebstahl oder eine Unterschlagung ein Angehöriger, der Vormund oder der Betreuer verletzt oder lebt der Verletzte mit dem Täter in häuslicher Gemeinschaft, so wird die Tat nur auf Antrag verfolgt.
