Für den Versuch der Anstiftung zu einer falschen uneidlichen Aussage (§ 153) und einer falschen Versicherung an Eides Statt (§ 156) gelten § 30 Abs. 1 und § 31 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 und Abs. 2 entsprechend.
