Nichtvermögensdelikte
(1) Wer, abgesehen von den Fällen des § 146, falsches Geld als echt in Verkehr bringt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
(2) Der Versuch ist strafbar.
