§ 14a Absatz 2 bis 4 gilt im Zusammenhang mit Vermögensübertragungen in die landesrechtliche Abwicklungsanstalten im Sinne des § 8b entsprechend. § 14b Absatz 2 bis 4 ist auf die landesrechtlichen Abwicklungsanstalten im Sinne des § 8b entsprechend anzuwenden.
