StaRUG
Unternehmensstabilisierungs- und -restrukturierungsgesetz
(1) Die von der Vorprüfungsfrage berührten Planbetroffenen sind anzuhören.
(2) Das Ergebnis der Vorprüfung fasst das Gericht in einem Hinweis zusammen. Der Hinweis soll innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Antragstellung oder, sofern ein Anhörungstermin stattfindet, innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach diesem Termin ergehen. Für die Ladung zu dem Anhörungstermin gelten § 45 Absatz 3 und § 46 Absatz 1 Satz 4 entsprechend.
