Für die bis zum 27. Juli 2013 nach § 21b des Atomgesetzes gezahlten Vorausleistungen gelten das Atomgesetz und die Endlagervorausleistungsverordnung in der zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Gesetzes geltenden Fassung fort.
