Waffenrecht
Wer durch eine in § 41 Absatz 1 Nummer 1a, 1c, 1d, 2, 2a, 3 oder Nummer 15 oder eine in § 41 Absatz 1a bezeichnete vorsätzliche Handlung das Leben oder die Gesundheit eines anderen oder fremde Sachen von bedeutendem Wert gefährdet, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
