Spielverordnung
Für die Veranstaltung eines anderen Spieles ist die Erlaubnis nach § 33d Abs. 1 Satz 1 oder § 60a Abs. 2 Satz 2 der Gewerbeordnung nicht erforderlich, wenn das Spiel die Anforderungen der Anlage erfüllt und der Gewinn in Waren besteht. In Zweifelsfällen stellt das Bundeskriminalamt oder das zuständige Landeskriminalamt fest, ob diese Voraussetzungen vorliegen.
