Spielverordnung
Der Gewerbetreibende, in dessen Betrieb das Spielgerät aufgestellt werden soll, darf die Aufstellung nur zulassen, wenn die Voraussetzungen des § 33c Abs. 3 Satz 1 der Gewerbeordnung und des § 3 im Hinblick auf diesen Betrieb erfüllt sind.
