Eine Sorte ist beständig, wenn sie in der Ausprägung der für die Unterscheidbarkeit maßgebenden Merkmale nach jeder Vermehrung oder, im Falle eines Vermehrungszyklus, nach jedem Vermehrungszyklus unverändert bleibt.
