Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Januar 2014 in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Solvabilitätsverordnung vom 14. Dezember 2006 (BGBl. I S. 2926), die zuletzt durch Artikel 6 der Verordnung vom 20. September 2013 (BGBl. I S. 3672) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft. § 1 Absatz 2 Satz 2 ist ab dem 1. Oktober 2016 anzuwenden.
