Schiedsverfahrensrecht
- The Tribunal shall state the reasons upon which any award is based in summary form, unless the Parties have agreed that no reasons are to be given.
- The provisions of Rule 53 shall apply to an arbitration conducted under this Schedule 3 subject to such modifications to the timelines prescribed under that provision as may be directed by the Registrar.
- The final award shall be made within 6 months from the date of constitution of the Tribunal, unless the Registrar extends the time for making such final award.
