(1) Kommt die Behörde in den Fällen des § 131 der im Urteil auferlegten Verpflichtung nicht nach, so kann das Gericht des ersten Rechtszugs auf Antrag unter Fristsetzung ein Zwangsgeld bis zu tausend Euro durch Beschluß androhen und nach vergeblichem Fristablauf festsetzen. Das Zwangsgeld kann wiederholt festgesetzt werden.
(2) Für die Vollstreckung gilt § 200.
