(1) Der ehrenamtliche Richter darf in der Übernahme oder Ausübung des Amtes nicht beschränkt oder wegen der Übernahme oder Ausübung des Amtes nicht benachteiligt werden.
(2) Wer einen anderen in der Übernahme oder Ausübung seines Amtes als ehrenamtlicher Richter beschränkt oder wegen der Übernahme oder Ausübung des Amtes benachteiligt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu einem Jahr oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
