Bei der Entscheidung über die Besonderen Leistungen im Einzelfall und bei der Ausführung dieser Leistungen wird den berechtigten Wünschen der Berechtigten entsprochen. Dabei sind Art und Schwere der Schädigung, Gesundheitszustand und Lebensalter besonders zu berücksichtigen. Im Übrigen gilt § 8 des Neunten Buches entsprechend.
