Geschädigte sowie Angehörige, Hinterbliebene und Nahestehende sollen psychotherapeutische Intervention in einer Traumaambulanz erhalten, wenn ein mehr als zwölf Monate zurückliegendes schädigendes Ereignis zu einer akuten psychischen Belastung geführt hat und die erste Sitzung innerhalb von zwölf Monaten nach Auftreten der akuten Belastung erfolgt.
