Vierzehntes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch

(1) Die Bundesstelle für Soziale Entschädigung erstellt eine amtliche Statistik

1.: zur Zahl der Leistungsempfängerinnen und Leistungsempfänger sowie
2.: zu den Ausgaben und Einnahmen der Sozialen Entschädigung.

(2) Grundlage der amtlichen Statistik sind die Daten, die der Bundesstelle für Soziale Entschädigung von den Trägern der Sozialen Entschädigung übermittelt werden.

(3) Die Bundesstelle für Soziale Entschädigung legt die amtliche Statistik kalenderhalbjährlich dem Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales vor und veröffentlicht sie in geeigneter Form.
