Die Länder und, soweit landesrechtliche Vorschriften nicht entgegenstehen, auch die Träger der Sozialhilfe können für bestimmte Arten der Hilfe nach dem Fünften bis Neunten Kapitel der Einkommensgrenze einen höheren Grundbetrag zu Grunde legen.
