Pflegebedürftige der Pflegegrade 2, 3, 4 oder 5 haben Anspruch auf Pflege in stationären Einrichtungen, wenn häusliche oder teilstationäre Pflege nicht möglich ist oder wegen der Besonderheit des Einzelfalls nicht in Betracht kommt. Der Anspruch auf stationäre Pflege umfasst auch Betreuungsmaßnahmen; § 64b Absatz 2 findet entsprechende Anwendung.
