Die Ermittlung des Pflegegrades erfolgt durch ein Begutachtungsinstrument nach Maßgabe des § 15 des Elften Buches. Die auf Grund des § 16 des Elften Buches erlassene Verordnung sowie die auf Grund des § 17 des Elften Buches erlassenen Richtlinien der Pflegekassen finden entsprechende Anwendung.
