(1) Bei pflegebedürftigen Kindern, die 18 Monate oder älter sind, ist für die Einordnung in einen Pflegegrad nach § 61b der gesundheitlich bedingte Grad der Beeinträchtigungen ihrer Selbständigkeit und ihrer Fähigkeiten im Verhältnis zu altersentsprechend entwickelten Kindern maßgebend.
(2) Pflegebedürftige Kinder im Alter bis zu 18 Monaten sind in einen der nachfolgenden Pflegegrade einzuordnen:
- 1.
- Pflegegrad 2: ab 12,5 bis unter 27 Gesamtpunkte,
- 2.
- Pflegegrad 3: ab 27 bis unter 47,5 Gesamtpunkte,
- 3.
- Pflegegrad 4: ab 47,5 bis unter 70 Gesamtpunkte,
- 4.
- Pflegegrad 5: ab 70 bis 100 Gesamtpunkte.
