Personen, die in eheähnlicher oder lebenspartnerschaftsähnlicher Gemeinschaft leben, dürfen hinsichtlich der Voraussetzungen sowie des Umfangs der Sozialhilfe nicht besser gestellt werden als Ehegatten. § 39 gilt entsprechend.
