(1) Abweichend von § 2 sind Leistungsberechtigte für am 31. Dezember 2022 laufende Bewilligungszeiträume oder Bewilligungszeiträume, die in der Zeit vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 30. Juni 2023 beginnen, nicht verpflichtet, Wohngeld nach dem Wohngeldgesetz in Anspruch zu nehmen.
(2) § 95 Satz 1 findet in den Fällen nach Absatz 1 keine Anwendung.
