Die Pflicht eines Trägers der Sozialhilfe zur Kostenerstattung, die nach der vor dem 1. Januar 1994 geltenden Fassung des § 108 des Bundessozialhilfegesetzes entstanden oder von der Schiedsstelle bestimmt worden ist, bleibt bestehen.
