Als gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt im Sinne des Zwölften Kapitels und des Dreizehnten Kapitels, Zweiter Abschnitt, gelten nicht der Aufenthalt in einer Einrichtung im Sinne von § 98 Abs. 2 und der auf richterlich angeordneter Freiheitsentziehung beruhende Aufenthalt in einer Vollzugsanstalt.
