Zum Ersatz der Kosten für zu Unrecht erbrachte Leistungen der Sozialhilfe ist in entsprechender Anwendung des § 103 verpflichtet, wer die Leistungen durch vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Verhalten herbeigeführt hat. Zum Kostenersatz nach Satz 1 und zur Erstattung derselben Kosten nach § 50 des Zehnten Buches Verpflichtete haften als Gesamtschuldner.
