Sozialhilfe
(1) Welche Stellen zuständige Behörden sind, bestimmt die Landesregierung, soweit eine landesrechtliche Regelung nicht besteht.
(2) Die Senate der Länder Berlin, Bremen und Hamburg werden ermächtigt, die Vorschriften dieses Buches über die Zuständigkeit von Behörden dem besonderen Verwaltungsaufbau ihrer Länder anzupassen.
