Bei Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben auf dem Gebiet der Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsprüfung im Sinne dieses Buches durch den Prüfdienst des Verbandes der privaten Krankenversicherung e. V. gilt der Prüfdienst als Stelle im Sinne des § 35 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Ersten Buches. Die §§ 97 und 97a gelten entsprechend.
