Der Abschlag nach § 55 Absatz 3 Satz 4 und 5 reduziert die vom Mitglied zu tragenden Beiträge. Soweit die Beiträge von Dritten getragen werden, findet der Abschlag nach § 55 Absatz 3 Satz 4 und 5 keine Berücksichtigung.
