(1) Für den Betrieb einer sonstigen Wohnform, in der Kinder oder Jugendliche betreut werden oder Unterkunft erhalten, gelten die §§ 45 bis 48 entsprechend.
(2) Ist die sonstige Wohnform organisatorisch mit einer Einrichtung verbunden, so gilt sie als Teil der Einrichtung.
