Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung
Widerspricht ein Dienstvertrag der Dienstordnung, ist er insoweit nichtig. Dies gilt nicht, wenn der Widerspruch zwischen Dienstvertrag und Dienstordnung auf einer nach Abschluß des Vertrages in Kraft getretenen Änderung der Dienstordnung zum Nachteil des Angestellten beruht.
