Bei der Anwendung von § 3 Satz 1 Nummer 3, § 20 Nummer 3 Buchstabe b, § 96a Absatz 3 Satz 1 Nummer 2, § 163 Absatz 5 Satz 2, § 166 Absatz 1 Nummer 2, § 168 Absatz 1 Nummer 7, § 170 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 Buchstabe b, § 175 Absatz 1 und § 301 Absatz 1 Satz 2 gilt das Versorgungskrankengeld als Krankengeld der Sozialen Entschädigung.
