Anbieter von Betriebsleistungen oder von Komponenten und Diensten der Telematikinfrastruktur müssen über die nach § 323 Absatz 2 und § 325 Absatz 1 erforderliche Zulassung oder über die nach § 327 Absatz 2 Satz 1 erforderliche Bestätigung verfügen, bevor sie die Telematikinfrastruktur nutzen.
