Bei den Landesverbänden der Orts-, Betriebs- und Innungskrankenkassen wird ein Vorstand gebildet. Er besteht aus höchstens drei Personen. § 35a Abs. 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 7 des Vierten Buches gilt entsprechend.
