(1) Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu zwei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer entgegen § 179 Absatz 7 Satz 1 Nummer 2, auch in Verbindung mit Satz 2 oder § 180 Absatz 7, ein Betriebs- oder Geschäftsgeheimnis verwertet.
(2) Die Tat wird nur auf Antrag verfolgt.
