Die betrieblichen Voraussetzungen sind erfüllt, wenn in dem Betrieb mindestens eine Arbeitnehmerin oder ein Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt ist. Betrieb im Sinne der Vorschriften über das Kurzarbeitergeld ist auch eine Betriebsabteilung.
