Sozialrecht
Ist eine auswärtige Unterbringung erforderlich, so kann
- 1.
- für die Unterbringung je Tag ein Betrag in Höhe von 60 Euro gezahlt werden, je Kalendermonat jedoch höchstens 420 Euro, und
- 2.
- für die Verpflegung je Tag ein Betrag in Höhe von 24 Euro gezahlt werden, je Kalendermonat jedoch höchstens 168 Euro.
