§ 349 Absatz 5 Satz 2 und 3 in der bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 geltenden Fassung gilt für Zeiten eines Versicherungspflichtverhältnisses nach § 26 Absatz 2 Nummer 2b und § 26 Absatz 2b bis zum 31. Dezember 2023.
