Sozialrecht
(1) Anspruch auf Arbeitslosengeld bei Arbeitslosigkeit hat, wer
- 1.
- arbeitslos ist,
- 2.
- sich bei der Agentur für Arbeit arbeitslos gemeldet und
- 3.
- die Anwartschaftszeit erfüllt hat.
(2) Bis zur Entscheidung über den Anspruch kann die antragstellende Person bestimmen, dass der Anspruch nicht oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt entstehen soll.
