Soldatengesetz
(1) Freiwilligen Wehrdienst als besonderes staatsbürgerliches Engagement kann leisten, wer sich verpflichtet, mindestens sechs und längstens elf Monate Wehrdienst zu leisten.
(2) Die ersten sechs Monate gelten als Probezeit.
(3) Die §§ 37 und 38 gelten entsprechend.
