Singapore International Arbitration Act 1994
(1) The High Court or a Judge thereof may order that a writ of subpoena ad testificandum or a writ of subpoena duces tecum shall be issued to compel the attendance before an arbitral tribunal of a witness wherever he may be within Singapore.
(2) The High Court or a Judge thereof may also issue an order under section 38 of the Prisons Act to bring up a prisoner for examination before an arbitral tribunal.
