Singapore Arbitration Act 2001
(1) An award made by the arbitral tribunal pursuant to an arbitration agreement may, with permission of the Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order of the Court to the same effect.
(2) Where permission of the Court is so granted, judgment may be entered in the terms of the award.
(3) Despite section 3, subsection (1) applies to an award irrespective of whether the place of arbitration is Singapore or elsewhere.
