Die §§ 81 bis 89 sowie die auf Grund des § 92 erlassenen Rechtsverordnungen sind entsprechend anzuwenden, wenn die Berufsausbildung auf Schiffen durchgeführt wird, die eine Landesdienst- oder die Bundesdienstflagge führen und in der Seefahrt eingesetzt sind.
