Das Berufsausbildungsverhältnis beginnt mit der Probezeit. Sie muss mindestens einen Monat und darf höchstens fünf Monate betragen. Mit den in § 3 Absatz 2 Satz 3 genannten Personen kann abweichend von Satz 2 eine kürzere Probezeit vereinbart werden.
