Seearbeitsgesetz
(1) Ein Besatzungsmitglied hat für jedes Beschäftigungsjahr Anspruch auf bezahlten Erholungsurlaub. Der Anspruch auf Erholungsurlaub darf nur unter den Voraussetzungen des § 64 Absatz 3 abgegolten werden.
(2) Soweit nachfolgend nichts anderes bestimmt ist, ist das Bundesurlaubsgesetz anzuwenden.
