Das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales wird ermächtigt, im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr durch Rechtsverordnung ohne Zustimmung des Bundesrates Näheres zum Verfahren der Antragstellung und zur Erteilung der Bescheinigung nach § 26 Absatz 1 zu regeln.
