Gesetz über Rechte an eingetragenen Schiffen und Schiffsbauwerken
Ist die Schiffshypothek in das Register für Schiffsbauwerke eingetragen, so gelten vom Zeitpunkt der Eintragung die §§ 3 bis 7 auch für das Schiffsbauwerk sinngemäß.
